As an Account Manager at SMS Magic, you will play a crucial role in managing client portfolios, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions. Your client-first mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Support senior account managers in managing client portfolios, presentations, proposals, and performance reports - Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and resolution of queries - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations, support) to deliver client requirements - Assist in client onboarding and conduct product demonstrations - Maintain and update CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot), tracking interactions, renewals, and revenue opportunities - Support lead qualification, outreach campaigns, and contribute to upselling/cross-selling initiatives - Monitor client health, adoption, and satisfaction to minimize churn and maximize renewals Skills & Competencies: - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build lasting client relationships - Good understanding of sales cycles, renewals, and account growth strategies - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), and digital collaboration platforms - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, client-centric approach - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a customer-facing role - Prior experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or enterprise solutions preferred Join SMS Magic in Pune and be a part of a leading Conversational Engagement platform that helps global businesses enhance engagement and drive long-term customer success.
