Account Manager - Sales

As an Account Manager at Adventus.io, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth within Education Agents/Recruiters. Your primary responsibility will be to work with a portfolio of Recruiters across all Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions to meet and exceed student enrollment goals. You will need to manage strong relationships with Recruiters, contribute to their sales strategy, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to the Recruiter network. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of Sales experience, preferably with exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model in the recruitment of International Students. You need to be a commercially savvy sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results through indirect sales management. It is essential to have experience in nurturing customer relationships, understanding customer business requirements, and knowledge of the international student marketplace dynamics. Your contributions will include executing regional sales plans in collaboration with the reporting manager, identifying Recruiter growth opportunities, and achieving student enrollment targets. You will be the primary point of contact for all Recruiters, handling inquiries promptly and maximizing leads. Additionally, you will produce business performance reports, represent Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions at events, and oversee student recruitment activities in the region. Furthermore, your responsibilities will involve managing the Recruiter network, ensuring depth of relationships, adherence to SLAs, and improved Recruiter satisfaction. You will monitor competitor activity, comply with Adventus policies and applicable laws, and ensure day-to-day operations are aligned with the corporate strategy and direction.
