Key Responsibilities: Account Strategy & Expansion : Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts by positioning the full suite of solutions. Account Mining & Expansion : Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential. Strategic Customer Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering solutions that enhance their business outcomes. Process & Reporting : Establish structured CRM processes for tracking account performance, ensuring visibility, and maintaining accurate revenue forecasting. Renewals & Negotiations : Lead contract renewals and negotiations, balancing customer satisfaction with revenue targets. Experience in managing service delivery and project execution, ensuring high client satisfaction. Proven success in scaling account revenue and driving key SaaS metrics (MRR growth, retention).
