Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting sales operations. Daily tasks will include overseeing client accounts, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Additionally, the Account Manager will be involved in analyzing sales data, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for account growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:

    Respond promptly to

    customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing expert guidance on diamonds and fine jewelry.

  • Online Sales:

    Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend products that align with their style and budget.
  • Product Expertise:

    Stay updated on jewelry trends, product details, and Rare Carat offerings to educate and assist customers effectively.
  • CRM Maintenance:

    Log customer interactions and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.



Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Sales Support skills
  • Experience in Data Analysis and Sales Forecasting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
