Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Manager, based on-site in Pune. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any issues that arise. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, preparing and presenting regular reports, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services. The role also involves negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
Project Management and Organizational skills
Knowledge of Fiber Optic Solutions and Smart Building Technologies is advantageous
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in the real estate or digital infrastructure industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
