Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager – Domestic IT Staffing to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management within the IT staffing domain and a proven ability to drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding clients’ business objectives and staffing needs.
• Collaborate closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely, high-quality candidate delivery.
• Manage the entire staffing lifecycle: job requisitions, candidate submissions, interview coordination, and feedback tracking.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell staffing services within existing accounts.
• Organize and lead regular client review meetings to assess satisfaction, resolve issues, and strengthen partnerships.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of all client communications and account-related information.
• Work in coordination with delivery, HR, legal, and payroll teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continued client support.
• Achieve or exceed client satisfaction scores and account growth KPIs.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 5–15 years of experience in domestic IT staffing with a strong focus on account management.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and scaling client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and IT technologies.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and job portals.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
