Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
Understand client business needs and propose tailored datacenter and cloud solutions.
Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through regular interactions and proactive support.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Manage account renewals, billing follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Prepare and present business reviews, performance reports, and client insights.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams to deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide consultative guidance to clients.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in account management, client servicing, or sales (preferably in IT/Cloud/Data Center/Telecom industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
