About the Role

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Funnel Optimization

• Analyse customer journeys to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance conversion and client engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement measurable funnel improvements.

1. Data Analysis & Insights

• Track and interpret key account metrics to support decision-making.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and business reviews.
• Translate data insights into clear recommendations for client growth.

1. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned B2B clients, ensuring timely communication and strong relationship building.
• Understand client objectives and align internal resources to meet those expectations.
• Manage escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

1. B2B Customer Success

• Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of products/services.
• Monitor account health, identify risks, and proactively address challenges.
• Drive value realization and support clients in achieving their business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B client handling.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
