The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. On a day-to-day basis, the Account Manager will lead client communications, coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client needs, identify opportunities for growth, and provide solutions to enhance the client experience. Monitoring account performance and reporting on key metrics are integral parts of this role. Qualifications Strong relationship management, client servicing, and interpersonal communication skills. Competency in strategic planning and account management with a focus on problem-solving and achieving organizational goals. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting software is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in account management or a related customer-facing role is a plus. Adaptability, collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
