This is a B2B sales role, centered on high-level customer consultation

You ride the iconic Hilti red car, equipped with our latest products, ready to solve customer problems and Make Construction Better
What Youll do Develop and implement strategies for key account growth, turning customers into business partners
Build strong relationships with key accounts, and take the lead to drive a top-down approachProactively identify and capture new business opportunities within your territoryVisit Customer Jobsites and Offices, analyze customer needs and provide efficient solutions and technical support
Deliver focused product demonstrations & Seminars and ensure customers see the value in our solutions
Plan and execute sales activities using our CRM system to ensure high data accuracy, call quality and productivity
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and potential opportunities in our CRMAchieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement
Manage credit collections and maintain customer satisfaction
Foster collaboration across multiple departments (materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experiences
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities What You ll Bring Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field
MBA/PGDM is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability and a solution-selling mindset
Prior sales or business development experience
Drive for results and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced commercial environment
Business planning skills to maximize productivity and customer-facing time
