Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Manager

Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Develop and maintain internal financial controls.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional qualification (CA/ICWA/CPA) preferred but not mandatory.
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/ SAP/ QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
