Key Responsibil ities1. Sales & Business Develo pmentIdentify new opportunities across embassies and other partners hips.Assist in preparing impactful proposals, pitch decks, and RFP respo nses.Partner closely with the sales team to drive lead conversions and mandate clos ures. 2. Account Mana gementAct as the key POC for all government clients – central, state, and allied institu tions.Ensure timely follow-ups, smooth documentation, and closure of ongoing man dates.Navigate government processes, compliance frameworks, and operational nuances with ease. 3. Campaign & Event Ex ecutionAlign campaign deliverables with government protocols and client expect ations.Track project status, resolve roadblocks, and coordinate across internal teams.Support live event execution (summits, roundtables) with a hands-on ap proach. 4. Reporting & Op erationsOwn invoicing and payment tracking across all government a ccounts.Deliver timely updates, performance insights, and reports to stake holders.Ensure all documentation, tracking sheets, and internal records are up- to-date. 5. Internal Colla boration:Act as a bridge between internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, expectations, and output quality. Professio nal Traits4–7 years of experience in consulting for governmen t clients.Prior experience working with government clients is a m ajor plus.Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder manageme nt skills.Ability to handle ambiguity and pressure, with a bias for execution.Strong command of MS Office, and Google Suite; CRM/project management tools like Asana a re a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a rela ted field.
