Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Mumbai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include handling client inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with the inventory team, and overseeing the timely delivery of products. The Account Manager will also need to identify opportunities for account growth and work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer relationship management, and client servicing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of metal and steel industry products is beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sales or inventory management is a plus
