Account Manager

You will be working as an Account Manager / Bench Sales Manager at Marlabs Innovations Pvt Ltd. Marlabs is a company that specializes in designing and developing digital solutions with data at the center. As an Account Manager / Bench Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new clients (tier-1 vendors & direct clients) for providing staffing solutions in the US IT consulting industry. The ideal candidate should have 8-16 years of experience with proven bench sales experience, proficiency with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099, a strong understanding of US staffing business, sales and business development process, and the ability to work as an individual contributor. Additionally, you will need to have proficiency at cold calling to Technology/Solutions Implementer, MSPs, VMS, etc firms, willingness to work towards direct client acquisitions, ability to take ownership towards work responsibilities, and experience in Bench Sales, placing W2 Candidates on Corp-to-Corp basis as well as marketing OPT & H1B Candidates. This role involves night shift timings in the UST - Eastern Time Zone.
