As an Account Manager, you will oversee and manage digital marketing projects for e-commerce and other category clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables. You will ensure timely and high-quality execution of all digital marketing projects while serving as the primary point of communication between cross-functional teams. Your role will involve coordinating with performance, content, design, development, and client servicing teams, prioritizing tasks, resolving bottlenecks, and managing resources efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. - Ensure timely, high-quality execution of all digital marketing projects. - Serve as the primary point of communication between cross-functional teams. - Coordinate with performance, content, design, development, and client servicing teams. - Prioritize tasks, resolve execution bottlenecks, and manage resources efficiently. - Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and reports to ensure alignment. - Oversee smooth execution of paid media, SEO, content, and social media initiatives. - Align marketing activities with client KPIs, industry benchmarks, and trends. - Analyze campaign performance with the performance team and suggest improvements. - Support seamless execution of product launches, promotions, and ad campaigns. - Streamline processes, create SOPs, and implement automation for better efficiency. - Monitor project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement contingency plans. - Maintain real-time project tracking and performance reporting using data insights. Qualifications: - 3-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, content marketing, and social media. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, development, content, performance marketing, and client servicing. - Solid organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to resolving bottlenecks and prioritizing tasks. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. - PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
