The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact to address their needs and concerns promptly. Account Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions according to their objectives and expectations. Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients by proposing new products/services and exploring upselling or cross-selling possibilities.
