Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor internal controls and develop procedures for improved financial accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate and assist with audits (internal and external) and tax filings.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Oversee payroll processing and statutory deductions (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS, GST).
Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, tax authorities, and vendors.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
