Manager Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  
• Prepare and finalize

  Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  GST provisions, return filings, and reconciliations

  .
• Handle

  TDS provisions

  including deduction, payment, and return filing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of financial data.
  
• Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
  
• Provide financial analysis and MIS reports to management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA in Finance / Accounting with

  minimum 5 years of experience

  in Accounts & Taxation.
• Strong knowledge of

  Accounting standards, GST, and TDS provisions

  .
• Hands-on experience in preparation of financial statements and audits.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP or equivalent) and MS Excel.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to lead and coordinate with multiple teams.
