The role requires a combination of direct sales and relationship building with the project manager or hiring manager.

Need candidates from US Staffing background only and who have previously worked with System Integrators.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential connections with existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing PM/HM.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay updated on industry trends.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in direct sales and account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with Excel reporting and ATS.
Bachelors degree in Business and Marketing is preferred.
