Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for reconciliation of various ledgers and confirmation of ledgers with vendors. Additionally, you will handle invoice booking as per accounting standards. In the area of bank & cash management, you will oversee foreign remittance inward & outward and ensure timely and accurate preparation of bank reconciliation statements. For general ledger (GL) accounting, you will review and book reimbursements, petty cash transactions, prepare journal entries, manage accruals, and handle month-end closing activities. Furthermore, you will be in charge of preparing monthly financials, supporting documents, and variance analyses, as well as facing internal and external audits. Your responsibilities will also include FAR reconciliation and verification, day-to-day accounting for the business, and managing taxation & statutory compliance such as TDS return filing, income tax, GST, PF, and ESI compliance. Qualification Required: - Education: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)/B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance, preferably in a corporate environment. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). - Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and regulatory compliance. - Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings. - Proficiency in MS Excel, financial reporting, and budgeting. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Please note that this job is full-time with benefits including food, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule is on day shift from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.,
