An Account manager (AM) in enterprise sales is a role that involves managing relationships with our key customers or clients of a company. The key accounts are typically the largest and most important clients, and the AM is responsible for maintaining and growing the business relationship with these accounts.
The account manager is responsible for understanding the customer's business needs and goals, identifying opportunities for the company to provide value and solutions that help the customer achieve those goals.
Working closely with the customer to develop customized products or services, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Working closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure that the company is meeting the needs of its key accounts and delivering high-quality service.
Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with the key accounts, and for managing the sales pipeline and forecasting revenue.
Skills required
Exp 4+ years in any Sales role with good communication skills, Sales training will be provided
