Key Responsibilities: Session Curation: Collaborate with the Content and Community teams to identify and curate sessions tailored to our diverse cohorts (e.g., women in tech, returnees, mid-level managers). Research and plan session formats that align with audience preferences, ensuring high engagement and relevance. Video Ideation and Storyboarding: Brainstorm innovative video concepts aligned with our brand and campaign objectives. Develop storyboards, scripts, and outlines for video shoots, including promotional content, interviews, testimonials, and event highlights. AI Video Creation: Utilize AI video tools to create engaging, scalable video content. Experiment with AI-driven video technologies to produce content efficiently while maintaining quality. Repurpose existing content into new formats (e.g., turning text-based insights into visual narratives). Video Production: Manage end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production editing. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule, shoot, and finalize videos on time and within budget. Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines, storytelling standards, and audience expectations. Post-Production: Edit video footage, adding animations, graphics, music, and subtitles where necessary. Optimize videos for multiple platforms, including social media, YouTube, and internal events. Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Community, and Product, to align video content with organizational goals. Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions promptly. Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in video content, production techniques, and audience preferences. Bring fresh ideas to enhance content creativity and engagement. Content Performance and Reporting: Monitor video performance metrics and optimize future content based on insights. Provide regular reports on content impact and audience engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or related field. Proven experience (4+ years) in video production, including ideation, shooting, and editing. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects). Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia, Pictory, or similar platforms) is highly preferred. Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail and creativity. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in diverse, fast-paced teams. Knowledge of optimizing content for social media and other digital platforms. Passion for creating impactful, mission-driven content.
