As a Video Producer at ISMG, you will have the exciting opportunity to join a dynamic global media and e-learning production team. Here's what you'll be doing: - Bring stories to life by ideating, designing, and editing a wide range of video content including e-learning courseware, webinars, digital interviews, brand videos, motion graphics, and social media campaigns. - Enhance live experiences by creating visually compelling assets for event coverage, such as stage screens, landing pages, event websites, and on-site broadcast signage. - Deliver broadcast-quality visuals by applying advanced editing techniques like color correction, grading, stabilization, and other enhancements to ensure professional standards are met. - Manage and post-produce green screen shoots with customized backgrounds, motion graphics, callouts, and lower thirds. - Mix audio, add subtitles and captions, and incorporate voiceovers to ensure high-quality and inclusive content. - Work with live event footage to synchronize, refine, and enhance both video and audio for a polished final output. - Use AI-powered tools within Adobe Creative Suite to streamline workflows and boost creative efficiency. - Ensure all produced content aligns with ISMG's brand, creative vision, and production standards. - Keep up with emerging trends, technologies, and editing practices to push the boundaries of what's possible. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand creative needs and deliver impactful, on-brand video content. - Contribute to ISMG's creative culture by sharing ideas, mentoring peers, and driving excellence in visual storytelling. Qualifications required for the role include: - Bachelors Degree or higher. - Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Audition. - Strong understanding of visual enhancements, color grading, stabilization, and broadcast graphics. - Good understanding of sound mixing, subtitling, closed captioning, or dubbing. - Proven ability to mix multi-cam footage and manage audio post-production for live and recorded events. - Familiarity with AI-powered editing and motion tools. - Basic knowledge of live streaming tools. - Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail. - A solid grasp of the latest B2B media, tech, and social video trends. - Experience using project management platforms and video collaboration tools. - Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
