Job Title: Full-time Photographer and Videographer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Photographer and Videographer to join our real estate consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of properties, office activities , shooting podcast , editing, and delivering final outputs to the marketing team. The role involves working closely with our team to create engaging visual content for marketing and sales purposes.

Responsibilities:-

-Capture high-quality images and videos of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and aerial shots

-Should know to handle drone as well

- Edit and retouch images and videos to meet client requirements

- Manage and maintain equipment, including cameras, lenses, and editing software

- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and ideas

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in photography , videography & drone shoot.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)

- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

- Project Completion Rate: Complete projects on time and within scope

- Editing Turnaround Time: Deliver edited images and videos within 24 hours of shoot

- Creativity and Innovation: Showcase creative and innovative ideas in photography and videography ( quarterly review)

-Create videos for all social media platforms and editing it accordingly

Desired Skills:-

-Experience with drones and aerial photography

- Knowledge of real estate photography & Videography , model photography and shoot ,

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
