Position Overview:

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage post-sale relationships with employer clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Act as the primary contact for HR, People, and Benefits teams, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and training processes.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive employee engagement with Wellnite’s platform.
• Monitor account health and proactively address risks to retention or satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to meet client goals.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support renewal discussions.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance reports.
• Advocate for client needs internally to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Partnerships, preferably in healthcare, benefits, or SaaS.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior HR, Benefits, and People leaders.
• Ability to translate client needs into strategic action plans.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Passion for mental health and employee wellbeing preferred.
