Account Management Executive

As an Account Manager at our fast-growing team, you will be the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, overseeing all aspects of client relationships and advertising campaigns. We are looking for a curious and enthusiastic individual with a passion for digital innovation, advertising, and technology. This full-time on-site opportunity is based in our office located at Churchgate, Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, developing comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each client's objectives, and overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns from conception to completion. You will also be responsible for managing client budgets effectively, collaborating with internal teams to translate client requirements into creative concepts, and monitoring campaign performance to provide regular reports and optimize results. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or client services within the advertising industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in project management tools and advertising platforms is required, as well as a passion for advertising and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
