Account Management Associate


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Maintain and enhance relationships with assigned healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Account Health Monitoring:

    Track and analyze performance metrics across top accounts to ensure service quality, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Revenue Growth:

    Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, contributing to the company’s Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
  • Collections & Renewals:

    Drive timely collections and manage renewals by collaborating closely with internal finance and operations teams.
  • Process Optimization:

    Support in designing and improving account management processes to enhance customer success and operational efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Serve as the first point of contact for clients to resolve queries or application-related issues in Tricog’s platforms.
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate and updated customer data in CRM tools, ensuring visibility into client activities and engagement history.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner with internal product, tech, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

  • Timely AR collections
  • MRR growth from existing clients
  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)


Requirements

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience:

    2+ years of B2B Account Management / Sales experience; experience in

    Healthcare or SaaS

    preferred
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in

    Google Suite

    and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Techno-commercial understanding of SaaS or HealthTech solutions


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational capabilities
  • Problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
