This internship will provide hands-on experience in business operations and enhance professional skills.🔑 Key Responsibilities1. Quotation ManagementUpdate price lists, templates, and quotation formats as needed.Maintain a log of all enquiries and sent quotations.Follow up with procurement team for updated pricing, product availability, and lead time.2. Accounts CoordinationCoordinate with accounts team for invoice status, supporting documents, and clarifications.Follow up with accounts team for invoice submission, corrections, or missing details.Maintain invoice trackers, payment logs, and supporting files.Assist in verifying basic invoice details (amount, tax, PO number, etc.).3.
