About the Role:

Accounts Intern

Key Resonsibilities:

Assist in
daily accounting entries
and reconciliation of spends across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage
client invoicing
, campaign-wise billing, and follow-ups for payments.
Maintain
Accounts Payable & Receivable
, vendor reconciliation, and freelancer payments.
Help in
GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
.
Assist with
audit documentation, ledger scrutiny, and monthly financial closing
.
Work with internal teams to verify campaign costs and prepare
MIS reports
.
Support
budget vs. actual analysis
for digital campaigns.

Requirements:

Pursuing
CA (IPCC/Inter cleared preferred) or MBA Finance / M.Com with accounting knowledge
.
Strong understanding of accounting basics and taxation.
Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines.
Interest in understanding digital marketing cost structures (training will be given).
