The role requires someone with hands-on experience in hotel reservations, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of reservation systems. This position is best suited for candidates who have worked in Hotel Reservations or Front Office (Front Desk) and are looking to build a long-term career in hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Handle hotel reservations efficiently using OPERA and other booking portals. Manage guest bookings, cancellations, and modifications promptly.
