Job Title: Hotel Reservation Executive (Male Candidates Only)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Hotel Reservation Executive for our premium hospitality client in Vadodara. The role requires someone with hands-on experience in hotel reservations, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of reservation systems.

This position is best suited for candidates who have worked in Hotel Reservations or Front Office (Front Desk) and are looking to build a long-term career in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel reservations efficiently using OPERA and other booking portals.
• Manage guest bookings, cancellations, and modifications promptly.
• Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accuracy in records and reservation reports.
• Provide exceptional guest service in line with hotel standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Hotel Reservations or Front Desk in a recognized hotel.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of OPERA PMS and online reservation portals
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
