Working alongside a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial operations run smoothly across our properties. **Key Responsibilities:** - Verify vendor bills, identify any irregularities, and perform daily checks. - Record and maintain data in Kharcha app and internal systems. - Monitor and report daily expenses on a property-wise and department-wise basis. - Assist the senior finance team in implementing best practices. - Manage cash collection and oversee petty cash usage. - Compare property-wise and item-wise prices to benchmark and highlight any deviations. - Organize financial data in a structured and clean manner. **Qualifications Required:** - Suitable for B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance students or recent graduates. - Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. - Familiarity with expense tracking tools; knowledge of Kharcha app is a plus. - Effective communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
