Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

RALP is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our energetic team. As a key player, you’ll be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients to build a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
• Actively reach out to prospective clients via emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other professional platforms to share our company profile and offerings.
• Follow up with leads to convert opportunities into meetings and establish rapport with key decision-makers.
• Schedule and attend client meetings to pitch our services, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain and update a database of client interactions using CRM tools and prepare regular progress reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (0-1 years preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
