About the Role:

1–4 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on client payments and manage overdue accounts
Prepare and process POs, Proforma Invoices, and final invoices
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
Manage CRM data and provide regular reports to management
Identify upselling opportunities and engage clients for revenue growth
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding payments, orders, and services

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
1–4 years of experience in Accounts/CRM roles
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
Familiarity with CRM tools
Knowledge of GST and invoice compliance (preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Sales-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
