📍 Baner, Pune, Work from Office

🕕 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST (Aligned to AU)

🗓 Monday to Friday

🎯 Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, client engagement, or business development, preferably in a SaaS environment


We’re looking for someone with a proven ability to engage decision-makers, build trust through personalised outreach, and support consultative sales conversations. You’ll be working across the education and non-profit sectors in Australia and New Zealand, using modern tools and a human-first approach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.



What You’ll Be Doing

Research and identify the right people across higher ed and NFP sectors

Personalise your outreach using smart tools, no bulk emails, no spray-and-pray

Build a healthy pipeline and nurture warm leads through long sales cycles

Collaborate with senior team members to lead the meetings

Log activity, track conversations, and improve your approach as you go

Bit of account management as well



What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in a sales, account executive, SDR or client engagement role

SaaS or B2B software experience preferred

Clear written and spoken communication, warm, human, and professional

Familiar with modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Nav, CRMs, automation)

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Comfortable with early AU shift hours, and based in Pune (Baner) for daily office work


Also.....

You understand voice tone, empathy, pace and how to modulate all that in real convos

You’re reliable, resourceful, and good at managing your own energy



Bonus if…

You’ve worked with universities, NFPs, or public sector clients

You speak French (not required, but a plus)



Interview Process

30-min call with our Business Development Manager

Short discussion with Growth & Expansion Lead

Final round with our Director of Sales
