Experience: 2–4 years in accounting (preferably in a manufacturing environment)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, inventory accounting, and compliance, and must have prior experience working with Tally systems in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts
• Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and assist in finalization of accounts
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monthly MIS reports
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, stores, procurement) for invoice and stock reconciliation
• Assist with internal and statutory audits
• Ensure accuracy of data entry and proper documentation for all financial transactions

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliances
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Experience in inventory management and cost accounting is a plus

Qualifications:

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing sector
• Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is essential

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
