Account Executive

As an Accountant at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your responsibilities will include bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and audits. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Financial Management & Reporting:** - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - **Bookkeeping & Transactions:** - Record day-to-day financial transactions and reconcile accounts. - Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts. - **Taxation & Compliance:** - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). - Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required. - Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial compliance. - **Expense Management:** - Manage employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies. - **Financial Analysis & Advisory:** - Provide financial insights and reports to support decision-making. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial process improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA certification is a plus). - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws. - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
