Job Description

We are hiring Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, billing, and financial record-keeping. This role is ideal for freshers as well as candidates with prior accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare & file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills, Challans & Delivery Challans (DCs)
• Maintain sales, purchase, expense entries, and ledgers
• Process invoices, receipts, and vendor/customer payments
• Perform bank reconciliations & assist in monthly/annual reports
• Support in audits, payroll processing, and statutory compliance
• Prepare Excel reports for data analysis & financial tracking
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related degree
• 0–3 years of experience in Accounts / Finance
• Knowledge of GST filing & compliance (preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication & organizational skills
