Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 years Job Description Vivaamart Enterprises India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on GST compliance , billing , and financial record-keeping . Key Responsibilities Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) Generate and manage E-Way Bills Handle Challans and Delivery Challans (DCs) Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, and ledgers Perform bank reconciliations and assist with invoice processing Use Excel for data entry, reports, and financial tracking Ensure timely filing and statutory compliance Support audits, financial reporting, and coordination with internal/external teams Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field 1–2 years of accounting experience Sound knowledge of GST , GST filing , and E-Way Bill generation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally) Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a similar role Familiarity with inventory management and billing processes Updated knowledge of tax laws and compliance procedures Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
