Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic CRM & Front Desk Executive – Only Female to connect with customers primarily through calls, generate leads, and maintain excellent customer relationships. This role is telecalling-focused, with minimal office visitors. Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are proactive, professional, and customer-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with customers effectively.
• Generate leads, follow-ups, and ensure timely CRM updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions.
• Support the sales team and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Manage front desk professionally when needed, but main focus is telecalling & CRM.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi/Marathi is a plus.
• Energetic, professional, and customer-focused.
• Fresher to 1-year experience in CRM, telecalling, or front desk.
• Only Female candidates.
