Job Purpose:

Drive field sales and marketing of agriculture products directly to farmers, Krushi Seva Kendra (KSK), retail partners, company franchises, and supermarts in Karnataka. Ensure maximum product visibility, adoption, and revenue growth through strategic engagement and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Vivaamart Agriculture Products to farmers, KSK, agro-retailers, company franchises, and supermarts.
• Demonstrate product benefits, including field application techniques and visible results.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, KSK branches, distributors, franchise partners, and supermart managers.
• Provide technical guidance to farmers on crop health, pest management, and product usage.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report market feedback to management.
• Organize demo sessions, field trials, and workshops for farmers and franchise outlets.
• Collect and document before-after results to support product credibility.
• Promote brand visibility and enhance KSK and franchise turnover.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• BSc Agriculture or BSc Agribusiness (Freshers to 1–2 years experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Kannada, Marathi, Hindi, English)
• Passion for agriculture and farmer engagement
• Ability to educate, influence, and drive product adoption
• Self-motivated and target-driven
