Job Description

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CO2 market, developing strategies to increase sales and market share. Proposal and Quotation Preparation : Create and present proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring accurate pricing and alignment with their requirements. Order Management : Oversee the order process from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Market Analysis : Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. Technical Support : Collaborate with technical teams to provide clients with information on CO2 products, applications, and safety standards. Billing and Invoicing : Assist in preparing invoices and follow up on payments, ensuring accurate billing processes. Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery. Collaboration with Operations : Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure that customer demands are met efficiently and effectively. Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to CO2 production and handling. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend only Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Billing: 1 year (Required) two: 1 year (Required) Language: English, marathi (Required) License/Certification: Tally (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 21/05/2025
