Department:

Accounts & Finance – Processing Division

Role Objective:

To manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support statutory compliance for the textile processing unit. The role demands precision, timeliness, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Accounting Operations
• Record and reconcile all financial transactions: purchases, sales, expenses, and payments
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and vouchers in Tally or ERP systems
• Vendor & Customer Management
• Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on receivables
• Banking & Treasury
• Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and fund transfers
• Prepare demand drafts, NEFT/RTGS instructions, and cash flow statements
• Statutory Compliance
• Assist in monthly filings for GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes
• Support audits and inspections by government authorities (e.g., EPFO, ESIC, BOCW)
• MIS & Reporting
• Generate periodic financial reports for management review
• Maintain records for subsidies, testing fees, and government reimbursements
• Coordination & Documentation
• Liaise with internal departments (production, HR, compliance) for financial inputs
• Maintain organized documentation for all financial and statutory records

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Com with CA, basic computer skill, Male or female freshiers also can apply.

HR-DGM – Accounts Heads In HO

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
