Roles & Responsibilities

• Support timely filing of

  returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)

  .
• Assist in

  preparing and filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns

  .
• Ensure compliance with the

  Companies Act, 2013

  and other applicable tax and regulatory laws.
• Address client queries and provide guidance on

  filings, registrations, and legal procedures

  .
• Maintain systematic records of

  filings, transactions, and statutory documents

  .
• Identify opportunities for

  process improvements

  to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Education

  : Pursuing Graduation in Commerce or Management (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent).

• Technical Skills

  :
• Basic knowledge of

  GST, TDS, Income Tax

  , and the

  Companies Act, 2013

  .
• Familiarity with

  ROC filings

  , statutory registers, and compliance documentation.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  , especially

  Excel

  .
