Maintain systematic records of filings, transactions, and statutory documents . Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Education : Pursuing Graduation in Commerce or Management (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent). Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax , and the Companies Act, 2013 . Familiarity with ROC filings , statutory registers, and compliance documentation.
