Job Title: Account Executive

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

•Invoicing and Payments: Generate and manage invoices, track payment statuses, and ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.

•QuickBooks Management: Utilise QuickBooks for transaction entry, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.

•Client Database Management: Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

•Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy between QuickBooks and bank statements.

•Excel Proficiency: Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key financial metrics.

•Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to billing and payments.

•Documentation: Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

•Books and Excel. - Strong understanding of invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation.

•Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

•Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

•Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
