Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
2. Invoice Management: Prepare and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
3. Payment Processing: Process payments, manage cash flow, and ensure timely payment collection.
4. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
5. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Experience: Prior experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
3. Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
