We are seeking a proactive and versatile Accounts Executive to join our team at ValueAxis Wealth Advisors Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts, performing administrative tasks, assisting in designing PPT and other documents, and handling miscellaneous office duties to support the smooth functioning of our operations. Key Responsibilities: Accounting and Finance: Maintain accurate financial records and manage day-to-day bookkeeping. Prepare invoices, handle accounts receivable/payable, and reconcile bank statements. Administrative Work: Manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage correspondence. Miscellaneous Office Tasks: Assist in managing day-to-day office operations. Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as required by management. Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
