Position Overview We are seeking a Account Executive to manage the financial affairs of a high-profile entrepreneur with diverse business interests across finance, technology, cybersecurity, blockchain, and rural commerce. The role involves end-to-end financial management —including personal accounts, multiple income streams, investments, taxation, and reporting—while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times. Key Responsibilities Personal & Business Finance Management Maintain day-to-day financial records for personal and business income/expenses. Track multiple revenue streams (salaries, dividends, trading income, consultancy, business proceeds, etc.). Manage payments, reimbursements, and settlements. Taxation & Compliance Compute and prepare personal tax liabilities (advance tax, TDS, GST if applicable). Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants, tax advisors, and auditors. Maintain compliance with Indian taxation laws, FEMA, SEBI, and RBI regulations (where applicable). Investment & Portfolio Tracking Maintain detailed records of investments across equity, debt, real estate, crypto/digital assets, and alternative investments. Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports. Track returns, cash flows, and maturity schedules. Financial Planning & Reporting Create monthly/quarterly financial dashboards for income, expenses, savings, and investments. Provide actionable insights to optimize tax efficiency and cash flow management. Forecast upcoming liabilities and ensure funds are allocated accordingly. Coordination & Liaison Act as a single point of contact for vendors, banks, brokers, wealth managers, PMS/AMC partners, and auditors. Assist with documentation for investments, loans, and other financial activities. Support in preparing financial documents for fundraising, M&A, or business deals. Confidentiality & Administration Handle all financial data with the highest level of confidentiality. Maintain organized records (digital & physical). Support personal financial planning and family wealth management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in personal wealth Strong understanding of Indian taxation (Direct & Indirect), FEMA, RBI regulations. Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools. Experience in handling multiple income sources and complex financial structures. Excellent coordination and communication skills. High integrity, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive financial information.
