Account Executive (Field Sales)

Role Overview: As an Account Executive - Business Development at a Fortune Global 500 organization like UPS, your main focus will be on growing the business and expanding relationships with Small and Medium Business (SBM) customers in a predefined territory. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, developing sustainable supply chain solutions, and achieving revenue, volume, and gross profit growth targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and acquire new large national and global customers in alignment with organizational growth strategies - Implement long-term sustainable business strategies including RFQs and long-term contracts - Retain existing customers through strong negotiation efforts and secure contract agreements - Maximize revenue and profits through effective pricing strategies and margin control - Present UPS's complete portfolio to customers to increase revenue and volume streams - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals in terms of customer acquisition, volume growth, revenue growth, and gross profit - Update sales activities in UPS Drive Sales system in a timely manner and adhere to sales and organizational policies - Collaborate with pricing, procurement, operations, and network teams to design solutions for customers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree required, Master's in Business Management or additional diploma in Sales and Marketing preferred - Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant international corporate sales experience in a similar industry - Proficient in professional selling skills and consultative selling techniques - Strong customer satisfaction and objection handling skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to network, leverage customer relationships, and utilize sales tools/systems effectively - High energy levels with a focus on sales, ability to stretch work hours for productive results Additional Details: UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
